Gee. I've always sewn a couple of rows across my burlap before fringing. I like your idea MUCH better. I'm going to do that next time.

Think that I found this idea on Pinterest. It worked very well. Yes I am new to blogging. Just figured out how to reply today. It is a learning process for sure. Have had websites before and this is taking a little getting used to.
